Wuhan, the city in China at the heart of the coronavirus outbreak, has reopened and introduced new baby animals including a pony named "End Lockdown".

In a recent video, the minute pony, which is brown with a white star on its head, stands shakily on its legs as it nuzzles its mum for comfort.

Visitors coo and laugh at the adorable animal, which looks to be just a few feet tall. The zoo, in Hubei Province in Central China, was closed for three months at the height of the Covid-19 crisis, during which time "End Lockdown" and two milu deer fawns were born. "End Lockdown" and baby deer "Restart" were born just hours apart on April 8, the same day the virus-hit city ended its strict travel restrictions.
