Piers Morgan hit out at Health Minister Edward Argar on Good Morning Britain on Monday morning, describing the elderly being discharged from hospitals back into care homes as "human timebombs" amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Care homes have been largely hit by COVID-19, with a lack of testing and what Piers described as a lack of "common sense" sparking outrage.

Argar revealed that there had possibly been well over 4,000 deaths at least of care home residents, while he didn't have an update since April 13.

There's also the fact that many care home residents who have been taken to hospital over suspected or confirmed coronavirus, have then been taken back to their homes despite no confirmation the virus has been treated.
