This video, recorded in the capital city of Cape Town by CNN, shows homeless people being rounded up and directed down a street in a single file by soldiers in camouflage who appear to be armed with assault rifles.
One of the men is using a pair of crutches to help himself walk. "It's going to give us a tough time," a worried man says when asked about the quarantine.
