Coronavirus infection rates have gone up in nine of Greater Manchester's ten boroughs, according to the latest data from Public Health England.
Oldham recorded the highest rate in the county, with 612.8 cases per 100,000 people for the week ending July 6, while the lowest was in Bolton, where the rate was 318.9 cases per 100,000 people.
The two boroughs were among the nine which recorded increases compared to the week before. Only Bury registered a modest fall, with an infection rate of 381.2 cases per 100,000 people. Read more : Council fences off section of Manchester city centre's party square ahead of Euro 2020 final.
