A woman was called a 'hoarding a** b***h' at the supermarket while she was shopping for six housebound families. Stephanie Ryhmer Whitaker was met with a volley of verbal abuse as she loaded her trolley with £885 worth of goods at two different shops.

Rather than unloading the supermarket shelves to line her own pantry, the Ohio woman was actually doing a good deed. She took to Facebook to post a photo of the car full of groceries beneath a caption reliving the encounter. “I'm a ‘hoarding a** b****’ according to the woman next to me at Costco," she wrote. “I just rolled through there and spent $900 (£725) and then another $200 (£160) at another store. “I didn't clear a single shelf.
