A 34-year-old man who visited DisneyWorld just a few weeks ago has died from the coronavirus. Jeffrey Gazarian, from California, was a high-risk patient and survived cancer, according to his family.
He also had problems with asthma as a child. Gazarian has become one of the youngest people in the US to die from the coronavirus.
Disney issued a statement offering their deepest condolences to the family, saying they are now in contact with health officials, CBS Miami reports.
More than 1,000 people have tested positive for coronavirus in the US, with 19 deaths as of Friday. Cases of coronavirus in the US surged past 13,000 on Thursday, as all Americans were warned to return home or stay abroad indefinitely.
