New York COVID-19 survivor Daniel Glodstein told Reuters on Thursday that before he contracted COVID-19 in early March – when cases in New York City were still relatively low – he hadn’t taken the threat seriously.
Now, one month later, he says he is racked with guilt knowing that he may have inadvertently infected countless others. Goldstein said he now worries about a trip he made to Home Depot on day 10, even though he had been given the green light to leave his home by another health care worker who had called with his test results.
