Anyone using their daily exercise outing to jog may want to make sure they're not running closer than six feet behind someone else, experts have warned.
The experts say it may even be safer to run next to someone else than behind them. They say this is because if you run within six feet behind someone and they cough or sneeze you may end up running through the droplets they have exhaled.
