Coronavirus testing sites coming to 32822, 32824 hot spots in Orange County

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – Two new coronavirus testing sites are coming to Orange County hot spots this week, allowing anyone with an appointment to see if they’re positive for COVID-19.

Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings announced the new testing locations in the 32822 and 32824 zip codes on Monday. The sites will be open Wednesday through Friday from 9 a.m.

to 4 p.m. Anyone 18 or older can be tested for free, regardless of whether they have symptoms, as long as they register for an appointment beforehand by visiting ocfl.net/coronavirus.

Health care workers will administer 150 tests per day at each site. The locations are: Residents in the 32822 zip code -- where there are 100 COVID-19 patients -- have been asking for a testing site, but

LOUDOUN COUNTY, Va. - Washington Commanders safety Deshazor Everett has been charged with involuntary manslaughter for the fatal car crash that took the life of his girlfriend Olivia Peters. According to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office, Everett was charged after investigators determined he was driving over 90 mph just before the crash. Authorities say Everett, 29, turned himself into the Louduon County Adult Detention Center Tuesday afternoon. RELATED: Washington Football Team player discharged from hospital after car crash that killed Maryland womanBoth Everett and Peters were traveling north on Gum Spring Road near Ticonderoga Road in a 2010 Nissan GT-R the night of the crash in December 2021. Loudoun County Sherrif's Office said the vehicle the couple was in veered off the right side of the roadway, struck several trees, and rolled over.  Peters was taken to StoneSprings Hospital where she died from her injuries. Everett was taken to Reston Hospital Center and treated for serious but non-life-threatening injuries. Everett posted a $10,000 secured bond and has been released from custody.
