A couple are selling their gorgeous two-bed cottage in a raffle for just £5 a ticket. Katherine Jablonowska, 33, and Ryan Mclean, 41, first purchased the property in 2018 and began the slow renovation process.

After two years of laborious 14-hours days, the couple have finally transformed the once tired and old-fashioned property into a luxurious peaceful home.

But now they're looking to sell the home in a competition in a bid to raise money for charity. The cottage can be found in North Wales, on the Ll n Peninsula, just on the outskirts of the idyllic Snowdonia National Park.

PHILADELPHIA - No one was injured after a gunman opened fire on a Philadelphia police officer during a shootout Wednesday afternoon in Germantown.Philadelphia Police Sergeant Eric Gripp told reporters that two plainclothes officers in an unmarked car were patrolling the 4800 block of Keyser Street around 2 p.m. when they came upon a shootout between a 23-year-old and a 20-year-old.
