The Department of Health has been notified of 381 new cases of Covid-19. The number of people being treated in intensive care with the virus is 42, up four from yesterday.
There are 110 people being treated in hospital for Covid-19. The number of cases may change due to future data validation. Meanwhile, Minister for Health Stephen Donnelly has removed six states from the mandatory hotel quarantine list.
Travellers arriving in Ireland from countries on the list must quarantine in a hotel when they arrive in the country. The minister has now updated the list, with Andorra, Georgia, Kuwait, Mongolia, Nigeria and Puerto Rico removed.
