movie theatres have once again closed due to tightening restrictions in the novel coronavirus pandemic as some wonder why other settings are allowed to stay open with limited capacity.Ottawa entered the red-control zone in Ontario’s COVID-19 framework Friday morning amid surging levels of the coronavirus locally.Among the new restrictions are capacity limits of 10 people indoors for restaurants, bars and gyms, down from 50 people per establishment in the orange-restrict zone.
