(Courtesy: WSVN) HALLANDALE BEACH, Fla. - Beachgoers in South Florida watched as Cuban migrants in a wooden boat came ashore -- then immediately asked for directions to Miami Beach.The boat washed ashore in Hallandale Beach, located in southern Broward County just north of Miami-Dade, just before 9 a.m.
