A prominent football finance expert has praised acting Rangers chairman Douglas Park for stepping up to the plate following Dave King's departure.
King left the Ibrox club nine days ago to concentrate on saving his South African business interests amid the coronavirus crisis having previously stating his intentions in November.
And Bryan Jackson, who has helped rescue several Scottish clubs from administration, claimed that even though Park was next-in-line to the Rangers' boardroom throne, it still took guts for him to stand up and fill in during the crisis.
He's worked with many a football chairman in his time and Jackson added that now is a time for leaders at football clubs to rise to the current challenge.
