Dr Alex George has warned fans not to pay attention to a viral NHS voice note hoax that is being sent around. The Love Island star was made aware of the voice note by fans messaging on Instagram and he was quick to reassure his followers that there is no truth to the disturbing note being sent around.

The audio claims that ambulances would leave those struggling from the virus at home to die, including babies and children. It is also spreading false information referring to deaths of babies and children with no underlying health conditions.

Making it clear that there is no truth in the voice note and it is a hoax, Dr Alex issued a warning to his followers. He wrote: ‘I have had loads of DMs regarding this voice recording.
