DR ALEX George has vowed to never stop fighting coronavirus in an inspiring snap from the NHS frontline. He has a stethoscope around his neck, and one fist defiantly pumped in the air as he prepares for another day of battle against the deadly disease.

He captioned the post: "No matter how many times this virus beats us down, we will stand up and we will fight back". It comes just hours after Alex paid.
