Emergency responders have fired two water cannons to show support for NHS healthcare workers and key workers during the national clap amid the coronavirus crisis.

A video posted on Gatwick Airport's Twitter account shows police officers, firemen and air traffic controllers work as a team to participate in the "Clap for Carers" event.

Two fire engines are seen parking on two sides of the runway at Gatwick Airport and firing water cannons reaching at least 30ft high.

The two water cannons form an incredible triangle as they meet at the middle of the runway. In front of the fire engines line a fleet of ambulances and police cars with flashing blue and red lights.
