Erling Haaland has named former Manchester United duo Cristiano Ronaldo and Zlatan Ibrahimovic as his two football idols. The Norwegian international is regarded as one of the most exciting players in world football, and he is drawing his inspiration from two United favourites.
Haaland rose to stardom earlier this season as he netted 25 goals in 23 games for Red Bull Salzburg, form which earned him a move to Borussia Dortmund in the January transfer window.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer had attempted to recruit a long-term centre forward in the winter but Haaland rejected United in favour of joining Dortmund.
