Evander Holyfield has left fans in no doubt that he is ready for a potential showdown with Mike Tyson after showing off his skills in a training session on Instagram.

The 57-year-old wants to return to the ring this year for an exhibition fight for charity, and has listed three opponents who he would like to face.

One is old foe Tyson, who he has beaten twice, with Lennox Lewis and Riddick Bowe also named by Holyfield. ‘Iron Mike’ has himself been pumping some iron in recent weeks as he plan his comeback, but Holyfield looks like he has still got what it takes too.

In the video, he starts off by appearing to bench-press more than 100kg before moving on to an explosive shoulder routine and doing some press-ups.

PHILADELPHIA - No one was injured after a gunman opened fire on a Philadelphia police officer during a shootout Wednesday afternoon in Germantown.Philadelphia Police Sergeant Eric Gripp told reporters that two plainclothes officers in an unmarked car were patrolling the 4800 block of Keyser Street around 2 p.m. when they came upon a shootout between a 23-year-old and a 20-year-old.
