Ex-Celtic WAG and Coronation Street star Helen Flanagan has spoken out about her struggles with mental health. The 29-year-old shared her story on Instagram while posting a beautiful picture of her and her four-year-old daughter Matilda.

The actress, who left Glasgow in January with former Hoops partner Scott Sinclair, urged her fans to speak out if they’re struggling and that it was nothing to be ashamed of.
