Former Liverpool and Tottenham chief Damien Comolli has outlined the problems that Premier League clubs will face as a result of the coronavirus.
As has most football across the world, the Premier League has been put on hold as the coronavirus crisis sweeps the globe. The United Kingdom overtook Italy for the most deaths in Europe this week as a result of the pandemic and is second worldwide.
Even the Prime Minister has been stricken while footballers have been affected too. Callum Hudson-Odoi, Mikel Arteta and Paulo Dybala were all diagnosed with Covid-19.
But as well as the human cost, there has been a financial hit too. And some clubs are facing an unlikely future as a result of the lack of income.
