The UK's coronavirus death rate is climbing steeper than Italy and London has more deaths than Wuhan had at this stage of the pandemic.
Concerning new stats show the UK’s death rate is climbing at a faster - and therefore steeper - rate than Italy after registering 708 new deaths taking the total to 4,313.
Today marked the deadliest day so far in the country. Troubling trends also show that the peak death rates in the UK and US will overtake Spain - the second-worst country in regards to deaths.
A staggering 11,000 deaths have been confirmed in Spain, compared to devastated Italy with 14,681 fatalities. But, the death rates in those two countries are now beginning to flatten - according to the Financial Times (FT).
