There are now more HIIT and bum toning workouts on social media than at any point in our lifetimes. But obviously, it’s a lot harder to get the body of your dreams by only doing a 10 minute Instagram Live workout a couple of times a week.
So what do you do? Sam Gregory, head trainer at F45 Stratford and FI Clark, head of Yoga at Fly LDN, have both spoken to Daily Star Online to give tips on keeping fit and building muscle during lockdown.
Although everyone has more time on their hands now that they’re stuck at home, Sam still suggests it’s important to use it wisely.
