The first phase of lockdown in Scotland will be lifted on May 28. But many of us are asking the same basic questions on what it will mean for our daily lives.

It's important to remember existing restrictions remain in place over the May bank holiday weekend - so stay indoors unless you are out exercising or visiting a shop. Who can I visit? As of May 28, you will be free to meet one other household outdoors as long as you maintain social distancing.

For example, you could invite relatives to sit in your back garden, or agree to meet them in a public park or other open space.That doesn't mean you can throw a garden party.
