Gareth Southgate's England stars have donated more than £1m to the NHS to help in the fight against Covid-19. The Three Lions have made a significant contribution to frontline workers using match fees dating back to September 2018.
The move comes in conjunction with the ' PlayersTogether' movement involving Premier League players - and follows on from the England women's team donating to the fund last month.
It is understood the initiative was led by current England captain Harry Kane, along with senior stars Jordan Henderson, Harry Maguire and Marcus Rashford - and got the full backing of Southgate.
