David Andrew Morris, from Widnes, was placed into a coma after he caught coronavirus on July 12 and was rushed to hospital and as a result he was completely unaware when his seriously ill daughter died.
Cheshire Live reports how his daughter Debbie was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and terminal cancer in her bladder, colon, liver and lymph nodes.
She died on Friday July 30 while her dad was still in a coma and, on August 9, 50-year-old David, from Widnes, also lost his life.
