The UK government has issued new guidelines around contracting coronavirus from food after public confusion surrounding the risk around handling contaminated packaging.
Advice for the general public was released yesterday, relating to the transmission of the potentially deadly bug on food. Covid-19 has so far been linked to over 14,000 deaths in the UK – raising health concerns around the world as very little is known about the virus.
