There is evidence Coronavirus hospital admissions are stabilising, the Government said, as the British public were praised for their response to lockdown restrictions.
Speaking at the daily Downing Street press conference, Professor Stephen Powis, the national medical director of NHS England said that compliance with the advice to stay at home has been 'very high'.
