Boris Johnson has previously seemed keen not take on a mass vaccination programme, telling Bolton North East MP Mark Logan yesterday (Wednesday) that such a scheme was 'not top of the list' of solutions to the problem of rising rates.

But the Prime Minister's spokesperson has now said 'all options' are on the table, and decisions will be based on what government scientists come up with, the Huffington Post reports.
