Grammy Museum Preps Instagram Live Event to Honor Amy Winehouse

The Grammy Museum at L.A. Live in Los Angeles will host an Instagram Live event focused on Amy Winehouse on Thursday (April 30), which is the 13th anniversary of the release of the neo-soul singer's single "Back to Black."Pop singer-songwriter JoJo will discuss how Winehouse was a major musical influence on her, and Winehouse's stylist Naomi Parry and her friend Catriona Gourlay will also participate.

Music journalist Eve Barlow will host the event.In January, the Museum opened an exhibit, Beyond Black — The Style Of Amy Winehouse, which was supposed to run through April 2020.

Since the Museum had to close its doors in March due to COVID-19, there will be a virtual exhibit, which will be made available on the Museum's website on Friday (May.
