‘He is irreplaceable’: Crazy Ex-Girlfriend’s Rachel Bloom pays tribute to Adam Schlesinger after he dies from coronavirus

Crazy Ex-Girlfriend star Rachel Bloom has led the tributes to Fountains of Wayne’s Adam Schlesinger following his death from complications of coronavirus. The singer had been on a ventilator fighting the respiratory virus, but passed away aged 52 after complications.

He died on Thursday morning and is survived by two daughters. Adam served as executive music producer on The CW’s Crazy Ex-Girlfriend for all four seasons, and wrote many of the show’s original tracks alongside Rachel.
