Coronation Street star suffered with the extreme sickness condition throughout her pregnancies. The mum-of-three said it got worse each time and made her feel "so low".
Helen told fans she would "just constantly throw up" and even lights would make her feel sick. Hyperemesis symptoms include severe nausea, vomiting, weight loss and possible dehydration.
Helen said it was so bad she had to move in with her parents while she was pregnant with her youngest child Charlie. She wrote: "Started to eat sausages (vegetarian I can't deal with meat - I had Hyperemesis with each baby and I went off meat so much, never really like it before).
