Celine Dion has made the tough decision to cancel her upcoming European concert dates. The 54-year-old songstress announced the news in a new video on Instagram, and revealed why she needs to step back from concert life at the moment. Click inside to read more… Celine explained that she is “still experiencing some spasms” and that has prompted her to postpone the dates until 2023. “Well, here we are again, and I’m so sorry we have to change our tour plans for Europe one more time,” she began. “First we had to move the shows, because of the pandemic, now this is my health issues that is causing us to postpone some shows, and unfortunately we have to cancel some, too.” While most of the video is explaining the reasoning for the cancellations and postponed tour dates, Celine also has a bit of good news, saying that she is finally “doing a little bit better” amid her health issues. “It’s going very slow, and it’s very frustrating for me,” she said. “I’m getting treatment from my doctors, taking medication, but I’m still experiencing some spasms, and it’s taking a lot longer for me to recover than I had hoped.” Celine added that she needs to be in “top shape” when she is performing, but she is “just not there yet.” In January, Celine had to cancel her North American tour dates as well.
