A donation worth thousands has been made after the Bolton Wanderers management team and players clubbed together to help feed vulnerable people locally in response to the coronavirus crisis.
Wanderers manager Keith Hill and his backroom staff along with the players have donated more than £4,000 to help Urban Outreach.
It is one of the key local response charities in Bolton and, along with other key partners in the town, have set up the humanitarian hub at the Trinity Retail Park.
Food is being distributed there everyday to help those most vulnerable in the town as a direct result of coronavirus pandemic, with parcels being sent out across the borough.
