Ice Cube has created a special T-shirt to help raise funds for frontline workers during the coronavirus pandemic. Announcing the intention of the shirt’s sale, the star, also known as O’Shea Jackson, stressed the importance of unity in fighting the virus. “Every citizen needs to step up.
Hopefully, people can buy the shirts, and help us get supplies directly into the hands of the frontline healthcare workers that need it the most,” he commented.
One hundred per cent of the net proceeds from the shirts will go to underfinanced hospitals and nurses throughout America, including in Ice Cube’s hometown of Los Angeles.
California has suffered from high cases of the coronavirus, counting over 25,000 reported infections and nearly 800 fatalities.
