It's meant that grandparents have had to meet their newborn grandchild for the first time through a window, and parents have improvised to turn their garage into a nightclub so their son can celebrate his birthday.

Although it's a tough sacrifice to make, it's a necessary one - which can make it all the more infuriating to see others flouting the rules without a care in the world.

It's even bolder to shamelessly upload a picture of your 'isolation party' with guests filling your home and garden to a Facebook page set up to help people stuck indoors during isolation or quarantine.
