MEXICO CITY (AP) - The killings of four men in the Mexican resort of Cancun was probably related to drug gang rivalries, authorities said Tuesday.The Caribbean coast state of Quintana Roo said drug gang leader Hector Flores Aceves, known by his nickname "Pantera," or the Panther, was involved in the killings.The dead men were found Monday in the city’s hotel zone near the beach. The killings came as Cancun kicked off the Easter Week vacations, one of its busiest times of the year.The state offered a $50,000 reward for Flores Aceves on Tuesday, saying he was involved in the killings.

CAPE MAY COUNTY, N.J. - A man in Cape May made another concerning discovery amid a rash of marine mammal deaths along the East Coast this year.The dead dolphin was found washed ashore on Baltimore Avenue Beach near Beach Drive over the weekend.Police moved dolphin from the water's edge to the top of the beach ramp so the Marine Mammal Stranding Center could transport it, according to the beach goer who snapped the photo.It is still unclear what led to the dolphin stranding, but this latest discovery comes almost two weeks after eight dolphins died in a 'mass stranding' on a New Jersey beach.

FLAGLER BEACH, Fla. - A whale is stranded on the sand in Flagler Beach, not far from the Gamble Rogers Memorial State Recreation Area. The whale, which is approximately 15 feet in length and weighs an estimated 3,000 pounds, has beached itself several times after rescuers attempted to pull it back into the water.  A spokesperson for Flagler County tells FOX 35 News the animal is a Cuvier's beaked whale. According to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), the Cuvier's beaked whale, sometimes called "goose-beaked whales," are found in most oceans and seas worldwide and have the most extensive range of all beaked whale species.
