On Instagram, Kate shared an article she had read about parenting during the isolation period, in which it was suggested that parents must remember to recognise they are doing the best they can and not put too much pressure on themselves.

It was also suggested that parents could try teach their children how to do laundry instead of getting frustrated that they aren’t helping with the house chores.

PHILADELPHIA - No one was injured after a gunman opened fire on a Philadelphia police officer during a shootout Wednesday afternoon in Germantown.Philadelphia Police Sergeant Eric Gripp told reporters that two plainclothes officers in an unmarked car were patrolling the 4800 block of Keyser Street around 2 p.m. when they came upon a shootout between a 23-year-old and a 20-year-old.
