GMB's Kate Garraway gives emotional update on husband Derek's health battle

Kate Garraway gave another update on her husband's health battle on Good Morning Britain today.The 53-year-old GMB host said she has seen her husband Derek Draper again, days after he saw her on TV for the first time since waking from his coma on July 5.Kate said it was a particularly "tough visit" and that she was "desperate for a step forward", however had been told by the doctor to be grateful Derek had not taken a step back.The star also said she was "extra emotional" because it was their son Billy's birthday.Kate said she had been thinking about when Billy was born and that Derek was present, but he was unable to be there now.The star said nurses told her Derek seemed "focused and engaged" when they put GMB on for him.
