Kate Middleton to lead school assembly and chat to kids about what makes them happy

The Duchess of Cambridge will speak about kindness and the importance of looking after ourselves as she leads a school assembly.

Kate spoke to children about mental health during the online assembly for the Oak National Academy, a platform which provides video lessons and free resources to parents and teachers across the country.

Kate's assembly, which has been pre-recorded and will go live tomorrow, has the theme 'Spread a Little Kindness', and was based on a lesson plan which is available on the site.
