Kenny Miller insists Rangers will have to suck up the criticism they’ve taken since the winter break until they finally win a trophy.
The former Ibrox striker, who had three spells at the club and also played for Celtic, reckons Steven Gerrard’s team have nobody but themselves to blame for falling 13 points off the pace, with a game in hand, before the season was suspended due to the coronavirus crisis.
And when the ball starts rolling again, Miller - now coaching in Australia with Newcastle Jets - reckons Rangers will have to hit the ground running, even if their championship chances look finished.“If and when the season re-starts, it’s going to be a long, long way back,” he said. “But football’s a funny game.
