Now, Lady Gaga will release her sixth album, Chromatica, on May 29, 2020. The news was revealed in social media posts that showed an image of Gaga dressed in futuristic costumes and exploring a post-apocalyptic landscape.

The image was captioned: "The journey continues. You can officially join me on #Chromatica on 29 May." The post also links to a pre-sales page for the album, with a piece of album art that depicts Gaga against a metal gate with the metallic logo for Chromatica also present.
