While April was a quieter month for most, the lockdown implemented to halt the spread of coronavirus has not stopped crimes from being committed, or the criminals behind them being locked up.

The coronavirus lockdown has seen courtrooms across England and Wales closed for all but a small number of cases. But a number of people have still been jailed for various offences in the past month.
