Love Island is facing a fresh crisis amid the coronavirus outbreak, putting it at risk of not being able to air this summer.
ITV bosses were hoping the hit show would be able to film in Majorca as normal following the success of the first winter series, filmed in South Africa.
But it is now believed that producers are struggling to find a company to provide insurance for the series amid the current global pandemic.
A source said: "Producers are looking at ways of making it work. The current plan is to fly crew and contestants out to Majorca two weeks before filming starts and then isolate everyone. "But even with these measures, insurance companies won't offer cover.
