Lanarkshire’s indoor tropical rainforest is calling for monetary donations to help them to cover the necessary costs to feed their zoo animals following the park’s closure due to the COVID-19 pandemic.Amazonia, which is based within Motherwell’s M&D’s Theme Park, are looking for donation to help fun food for the animals.Donations can be shared to a GoFundMe page which has been set up online with funds covering anything needed for the animals while Amazonia is closed to the public, including fruits, vegetables, live insects, frozen rodents, marmoset gum, various pellets, aquarium test kits and much more.The tropical house, located at M&D’s theme park, is home to more than 50 species of animals, including marmosets, tamarins, fruit bats,
