Manchester United face missing out on a £16million windfall if a planned preseason tour gets cancelled due to the coronavirus.
Reports suggest United bosses were close to agreeing contracts for up to five pre-season matches in July and early August that included one match in India.
But with COV-19 sweeping the planet currently and with no timeframe on how quickly the pandemic will end, all plans are in jeopardy.
The Red Devils’ pre-season tour is a massive operation each year and makes the club lots of money throughout the revenue accumulated.
