Runners who should have been competing in Manchester's Marathon today have been bringing the event to their back gardens instead.
Around 26,000 people were due to take part in the race this weekend but it had to be called off because of coronavirus restrictions.
But lots of competitors didn't want to let that stop them doing something positive and raising money for good causes. The Manchester Evening News has spoken to several runners who brought the marathon to their home instead.
Nick Lowden, 30, and Clodagh Gormley, 28, marked out a 178ft route around their garden in Withington and did 787 laps between them.
