Both Manchester United and Manchester City will vote on implementing phase two of Project Restart when Premier League clubs meet next week.
Top flight clubs voted unanimously in favour of a return to socially distanced training, phase one of Project Restart, on Monday.
United's players trained at Carrington on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, while City's players returned to the CFA on Friday.
Players have since been allowed to work together, maintaining a two-metre distance at all times, in groups of five for 75-minute sessions, and have also been tested for Covid-19 during the process.
