There might be a new way to detect whether you have coronavirus - and the answer is on your feet. The tell-tale signs of the illness are a persistent cough, a high fever and brethlessness.

But some people are asymptomatic, meaning they could be carriers of Covid-19 but do not show any symptoms. Medical experts in Spain are currently investigating whether those who have the virus could be identified by small lesions on the feet, The Mirror reports.

The Spanish General Council of Official Podiatrist Colleges shared a statement last week revealing that several coronavirus patients had purple marks on their feet.
