Marti Pellow is feeling ‘Love is All Around’ him after more than a million people tuned in to his recent live performance and helped him raise more than £3k for Clydebank carers and NHS workers.
The former Wet Wet Wet frontman has been lifting spirits across the nation by singing some of the group’s classic hits in a series of ‘Lockdown Sessions’ livestream concerts from his spare bedroom.
Marti, who lives in Windsor with former Miss Scotland wife Eileen Cattermole, told Philip Schofield and Holly Willoughby on ITV’s This Morning today that he’s been blown away by the "incredible" response to his latest Facebook video, a rendition of 1987 hit Angel Eyes, which went viral, racking up more than a million views since Tuesday.
